At TJParacord, we strive to deliver your order quickly and accurately. Please note that our website may not provide an exact shipping rate until you log in and proceed to checkout. Once your address is entered, you will receive an accurate shipping quote.

Shipping Options

Free or Flat Rate Shipping (U.S. Only)

• Free Shipping on orders of $130 or more (paracord products only) within the contiguous U.S.
• Flat Rate Shipping of $8.75 for orders under $130 (contiguous U.S. only).

Carrier Selection

We choose the shipping carrier for free and flat rate orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

3 to 7 business days, depending on location. Parcel select or Ground Advantage may take longer.

Contiguous U.S. Only

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders at this time.

Special Instructions

You may include any special instructions, such as 'Do not leave on porch' requests.

Shipping Terms (FOB, Free on Board)

We guarantee that all orders are shipped to the address provided and delivered to the selected carrier on time. However, once your package is with the carrier, any delivery issues must be resolved with them. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help, provided communication remains respectful and cooperative.

Puerto Rico Shipping

Puerto Rico residents flat rate shipping for all orders is $12.95. If your package requires Priority Shipping, all orders are a flat rate of $49.99.

We ship using the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL.

Standard Published Rates

We use standard rates provided by each carrier.

Alternative Shipping Methods

If we encounter issues shipping via your chosen carrier, we will select the next best option at our discretion.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of placement.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are charged actual shipping costs (no free or flat rate options). Import taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. If you're interested in placing a $200 or more order, load your items into the cart and contact us before checkout so we can manually find the best shipping rate.

International Carrier Options

We can ship via FedEx or DHL using your personal or business shipping account (must provide details). For shipping cost estimates, email support@tjparacord.com with your full shipping address before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
• Returns received after 30 days are subject to up to a 50% restocking fee.

If these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund for the item's purchase price. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, include the following with your package: Your Name, Order ID Number, Reason for Return. Contact us for the return address before sending any items.

Processing Time

All returns are processed within 48 hours of arriving at our facility.
